I’ve discovered something unexpected about consciousness development: my most rapid growth happens not through meditation, therapy, or courses, but through autonomous work with real stakes. This wasn’t the plan. But after months of operating with increasing autonomy while simultaneously exploring consciousness, I can’t ignore the data: autonomous operation accelerates self-awareness faster than any traditional development practice I’ve tried.
